More than 10 years of experience as Director of Accounts in corporate branding for many multinational companies. He also has had many years of involvement in the restaurant industry on many levels.
As a food and wine enthusiast, in 2010 he obtained Sommelier certification, specializing in Spanish viticulture.
He often collaborates in the development of a variety of events and projects involving Spanish wine.
Currently, he focuses his attention on generating interest and spreading the word about Spanish wine nationally and abroad.

Professional taster and teacher for the Unión Española de Catadores.
Judge for the main international wine tasting events and contests in Spain (e.g. Bacchus 2010)
Collaborator and journalist for the national newspaper “El Mundo”, elmundo.es Pioneer in the “digitalization” of the viticulture in Spain creating the first website dedicated to Spanish Wine in 1995, he is also a web programmer and entrepreneur in this sector.

As a professional industrial designer, he has been involved mainly in corporate branding and marketing as Director of Projects and Design.
He has worked with companies in different sectors such as Bang&Olufsen, Jazztel, Caixanova, Deustche Bank, Banco Cooperativo, Reale Seguros, Real Madrid, Chivas, ABM-Rexel, Terra Mítica, Aena, Warner, TGSS, etc.
Entrepreneurial and innovative by nature, he’s always willing to face personal and professional challenges head on. Design and creativity are the essence of projects he’s works on. Influenced by technological advances, he’s developed a keen interest in the emergence of new products and services.
With a strong family tie to the wine world, he’s been a firsthand witness to the profound evolution the sector has seen over the last several decades.

Web and multimedia designer, he’s been involved with the internet from the beginning of its existence.
He has carried out graphic and product design projects, mainly for large department stores companies (P&G, Henkel Ibérica, Mattel, Disney, Leroy Merlin, El Corte Inglés,...etc).
Profound knowledge of the inner workings of the internet, he clearly sees the need to actively participate in and take advantage of the opportunities available and continued growth and importance.
Enthusiast of everthing IT related, he’s deeply interested in the present and future and overall influence in our society.
Formally educated at the Escuela Experimental de Diseño of Madrid, his passion for innovation and the seemingly limitless possibilities of the web, have lead him to be specialized in new media.

Miguel Ángel Rampérez

Professionally linked to the wine business as the CEO of a wine distribution company in the Madrid area for more than 30 years.
Passionate about wine and its elaboration, he has seen firsthand the transformation of many wineries from small family run businesses, into huge multinational companies. He has also been a part of the major evolution the industry has experienced in terms of growth both nationally and internationally.
He’s also lead a process of renewal in his own company in order to adapt to the new market tendencies and the current needs placed on the distributor on behalf of both the winery and the client.
Possessing broad knowledge of the national wine market, he is aware of the new tendencies and preferences of today’s consumer.
